This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application, ("Apps"), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "Sites").

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

If you use our Apps, we will collect your email, username (if you have one), password (for the App) and the content you generate.

Also, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Facebook), as well as from other third parties.

Finally, our app uses Google Admob (a platform created by Google to show you relevant ads). These ads are provided by Google and we do not use or collect other personal information aside from what is specified above, we just simply set the configuration of the ad (position and number of times shown) and Google Admob provides the contents. Violence, Drug or Sexual-related contents are not shown in the ads, if you see those, it is an error, so let us know at wordeeapp@gmail.com

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use your information for communication purposes related to your account (administrative information, create user, change email and set and recover passwords, delte account) and other information related to the app (feedback, among others) and the learning of languages (news, advice).

Also, your personal information (email) may be shared with third-parties like Google and Fabric (among others), with two objectives:

Personalize ads (application ads).

Report of bugs and feedback.

Other information required for ads and other similar purposes is not provided by us, but by your Android phone and it is controlled by Google, not us.

You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Terms are posted.

 

SOCIAL LOGINS

Our Apps offer you the ability to register and login using your third party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, e-mail address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the Apps. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy policy to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

 

ADVERTISERS

The Apps may contain advertisements from third parties (provided by Google Admob) that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Apps. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

 

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

All your information will be deleted immediately after your account is successfully deleted. We do not track nor keep any information after this. You can do this at any time.

 

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

 

PRIVACY RIGHTS

This App is based in Estonia, which is a permanent member of the European Union and the European Economic Area. Therefore, you have the right to:

to request rectification or erasure

to restrict the processing of your personal information

If you want to unsubscribe from marketing lists, select that option at the bottom of the emails we send to you.

 

DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
